For a full refund, credit or exchange, within 14 days from the day you received the products and together with the original purchase invoice (including a digital invoice). In addition, you can return products by sending them to us by registered mail to the address Ion Roata Village, Ialomita

Romania, along with an invoice and if the products are not used.


Shipments to us and back to the customer are at the customer's expense, except in cases where the company is responsible.


An exchange is made at the value of the sum of the returned items.
It is not possible to exchange or return end-of-season gifts and products that have been used.

Return the products you purchased in good condition and unused. The items must be kept in their original packaging, and when they include all their parts.
Gift boxes - it is not possible to replace some of the items in the box, but the box can be given in its entirety.

Exchanges and credits will be made according to the price actually paid for the products (without shipping fees), as it appears on the purchase invoice.
Products purchased on the site and which are exclusive to the site cannot be exchanged, but only returned for a credit or refund, subject of course to the conditions set forth in the Consumer Protection Law regarding cancellation of a transaction.

In order to handle your request efficiently, in the cancellation notice please state the name that appears on the order, the ID number, mobile phone number, and attach an invoice/receipt.

In case of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the product or incorrect delivery, your money for the incorrect or defective item will be returned to you within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification on the subject. A copy of the cancellation notice will be sent to you, and no cancellation fees will be charged.
