An exchange is made at the value of the sum of the returned items.

Return the products you purchased in good condition and unused. The items must be kept in their original packaging, and when they include all their parts.
Gift boxes - it is not possible to replace some of the items in the box, but the box can be given in its entirety.

Exchanges and credits will be made according to the price actually paid for the products (without shipping fees), as it appears on the purchase invoice.
Products purchased on the site and which are exclusive to the site cannot be exchanged, but only returned for a credit or refund, subject of course to the conditions set forth in the Consumer Protection Law regarding cancellation of a transaction.

In case of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the product or incorrect delivery, your money for the incorrect or defective item will be returned to you within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification on the subject.
